First application will be early to mid June.  Additional treatments as needed.  The cove is treated monthly.

Click here for weed treatment information Watch for treatment notices posted along the waterfront of your property advising of swimming, fishing, and lawn watering restrictions.

Goose Control

The 2024 Canada Goose round up is cancelled statewide due to High Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI).  Nest destruction and egg harvesting activities are required.  All Geese remaining on the lake will have to be tolerated this year.

The geese will be humanely removed from the lake area.  We contract Goose Busters for this activity and comply with all State of Michigan requirements.   Click here for Goose control information.

We may need access to water front properties for round up, and trust that members will support us in this effort by allowing brief access early in the morning.
