2015: During the Spring 2015 Annual Meeting a
Bylaw amendment was proposed to implement a fine for boats and trailers left
in the upper ball park between the weekend of Memorial Day and the day after
the Annual Turtle race. The proposed amendment
can be found here, and is
posted at the RLPPOA mail boxes. The proposed amendment was also emailed to
all Members who provided email addresses.
On August 1, 2015, during the duly noticed Fall Annual
Meeting, by unanimous vote of all Members in attendance, the Bylaws were
amended. The current version of the Bylaws can be found using the Bylaws
2010: A proposal to amend the bylaws was brought
before the Membership during the 2010 Spring Meeting, and was voted on during
the 2010 Fall Meeting. The intent of these bylaws changes is to bring
our bylaws into full compliance with recent Michigan Attorney General opinion
7320. The Membership approved the proposal as presented.
