Meeting held Saturday, August 3, 2019

Re-elected Hugh Armbruster and Vicki Phipps, and elected Mike Shanahan as Trustees;

Voted to amend the RLPPOA Bylaws to prohibit boats and trailers in the upper ball park from 11:59 PM on the Friday preceding Memorial day until the day after the annual Turtle Race;

Voted to increase the annual dues by $100 beginning in 2020;

Proposed a 2020 Bylaws change to prohibit year round storage of boats in the lower ball park.

Meeting held Saturday, August 1, 2015

	Re-elected Hugh Armbruster, Vicki Phipps, and Don Robertson as Trustees;
	Voted to amend the RLPPOA Bylaws to impose a fine if boats and trailers are not removed from the upper ball park prior to the day before the spring RLPPOA meeting;
	Voted to assess a one-time $50 special assessment with the 2016 annual dues to pay for road repairs;
	Reduced the basketball court project scope to keep costs under $10,000. Donations continue to be needed to fully fund the replacement and expansion of the court surface.
